B&B BBQ and Catering proudly serves the Franklin County, Missouri area calling Washington home. Tricia Brinker, the owner of B&B, was born and raised in Washington, MO. It’s here that B&B was created in 2005 with their very first outing at the gas station at the corner of Highway 100 and Bluff Road.
At that first outing, Tricia sold out within 90 minutes of opening for business. They sold pulled pork, going through 4 full pork butts in that time. From there, the word spread quickly that the Brinkers were selling BBQ in the gas station’s lot. Soon, Tricia was being asked to cater small events. After many years of success on the competition circuit, the event catering had grown so much that Tricia chose to focus solely on the catering side of the business.
While B&B started with only small event catering, Tricia offers catering for any event ranging in size from 10 guests to 1200.
Catering Differently
When Tricia began in 2005, pulled pork wasn’t a menu item except in very specialized BBQ restaurants. There wasn’t a caterer in the area offering BBQ, either. So, she took her own delicious recipes and with Jeff, who was her partner at the time, and a couple of BBQ grills, began serving BBQ to the area. Offering BBQ as an event caterer set Tricia and B&B BBQ and Catering apart.
The versatility of BBQ allows Tricia to offer meals for a variety of events. She works hard to coax just the right flavor out of everything she cooks.
And the results are delicious.
Well-known in the Franklin County area for her delicious food and no-fuss approach to every event, Tricia and B&B BBQ and Catering has won several awards, including multiple years of the Washington Missourian’s Reader’s Choice Award. B&B is fully licensed and Serve Safe Certified.
While B&B is most well-known for Tricia’s delicious BBQ, the menu holds a variety of choices. From Italian food to macaroni and cheese—the options are all tasty.

Tricia also offers carry-out options, too. You can purchase beef brisket or pulled pork by the pound, which is great for a small event such as a corporate luncheon or family gathering.
