BBQ Catering

B&B BBQ and Catering offers several delicious options to choose from. Whether your guests would prefer St. Louis style spare ribs, beef brisket, or lasagna, B&B has plenty of options for you. Classic sides such as baked beans or macaroni and cheese can be paired with the choice of two entrées, rolls, freshly-baked cookies or cobbler, and tea or lemonade. As for the service—it’s only the best. Because Tricia believes in delivering only the best experience possible, B&B handles all the cleanup with either buffet-style or full dinner service. Tricia knows that it’s important to respect every kitchen in every venue, too; the work doesn’t start and end with great customer service. Tricia and her team leave the kitchen immaculate and in ready-to-use shape.

      One pound of meat will serve 3-4 sandwiches.
      Orders include buns and sauce.

      B&B Catering Services include:

      Delivery
      Meal served buffet style and cleaned up
      Dinner service for approximately one hour
      Extended dinner service available for an additional charge
      High quality clear cutlery and disposable dinnerware
      All leftovers remain at event in transportable roasting pans

      Deposit of $100 required to submit reservation
      Balance payable upon delivery — No exceptions
      Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event will be invoiced at 50% of total billing.
